Preliminary Study on Planning and Design of Urban Intelligent Energy System

Energy Internet is an important strategic support for China’s energy transformation. The industrial development of energy Internet is important to improving the proportion of renewable energy, promoting the clean and efficient utilization of fossil fuels, and increasing energy efficiency. Urban intelligent energy system, as the concrete practice of the energy Internet in the city side, has huge future development prospects and directly determines the development of China’s energy transformation process. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of urban intelligent energy system, such as unclear building blocks, obscure framework, and break with urban planning and construction. There is an urgent need for top-level design of intelligent energy system. To approach this problem, this paper proposes a top-level design of urban intelligent energy system from the aspects of function, structure, overall planning and design points, comprehensive service platform, and system mechanism, providing a reference for the future construction of intelligent city and urban intelligent energy system.
