Fabrication of organic perovskite solar cells by air-flowing and 2-step method and its electrical conduction

We fabricated perovskite layers by the 2 step fabrication method which is effective for the fabrication of stable film formation. However, since the formation of perovskite layer strongly depends on moisture, the photovoltaic (PV) properties vary widely. To improve the scattering of PV properties by the moisture, we carried out an air flow during the spin-coating method. The air flow diminished the influence of moisture to perovskite layer and enhanced the PCE. It is thought that the air flow suppresses the formation of pin-hole in the perovskite layer.
