Ryad through a Prism of Russian and World Computing Machinery

In 1969 a decision was taken to continue Soviet computing machinery development with orientation at IBM System/360. At that time a myth on copying was born which lives up to now. However, "criminal decisions" assumed to burry "the original Russian developments" along with their teams are not events of 1960-ies. They refer to 1990-ies. Nevertheless, at present time with deep scientific and engineering knowledge, enormous design experience the Ryad developers took the right direction in the perspectives of further computer development in Russia.
