Cloud Computing plays an inevitable role in our daily life. There are various cloud vendors who provide similar services with different subjective and objective parameters. The choice of subjective and objective parameters varies from customer to customer. Therefore, customer satisfaction is a great challenge. A review exhibits how a consumer should select appropriate cloud service provider or vendor. The review reveals that the existing works select cloud vendors mainly based on the technological and cost point of view, and disregard other impact subjective components.
