Rotary PCR chip control system

PCR chip is a biochip for DNA amplification in vitro. In order to enhance the control of high throughput and high efficiency for DNA amplification, a rotary PCR chip control system design scheme is proposed, and the process of system implement accurate monitoring of injecting sample into micro channel was analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The system structure and principle has been introduced in this paper. Rotary PCR chip control system uses the STM32F107VC as the main controller to supervise sub module cooperating with each other. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control technology is utilized to realize the speed regulation of BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor which drives the rotary disk. Human-machine interface is designed by the LabVIEW. It has strong interactivity, friendly interface and convenient operations. Test result shows that the designed control system is stable and reliable, meeting the related requirements of the Rotary PCR chip.
