Analysis of overlapping peaks of GA algorithms with early experience in integration

A hybrid method which integrates derivative spectroscopy and genetic algorithm is proposed for the problem of overlapped peaks. The wavelet transform has the characteristics of multi-resolution analysis and is used to remove the noise. So Genetic Algorithm is used to correct these information further for its ability of global search. To improve the process of optimization, prior knowledge which is obtained from derivative spectroscopy is integrated in the optimization process. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and show that the signal is separated perfectly.
