Methodology for evaluation of electrical installation in health care facilities

We present an overview of the main characteristics of the electrical system in healthcare buildings and electrical safety aspects. Our research project consists in a Methodology for Evaluation of Electrical Installation in Health Care Facilities conceived as a tool to help identify the main points of non-compliance in the electrical system of health care facilities. The focus of this paper is the presentation of this methodology and its appliance.
