The design of an automatic safety valve testing system

The safety valve is a safety device extensively used in such pressure systems as pressure vessel, boiler and pressure piping for guaranteeing the safe operation of pressure systems. This paper proposes an automatic safety valve testing system, which allows the user to set various test parameters. The system can open the test channel of corresponding pressure range automatically according to the working pressure of safety valve, and implement complete safety valve testing operation automatically. The measured pressure data can be recorded automatically in the testing process, and then the pressure curve can be drawn. Finally, the safety valve test report is exported automatically, so as to display the recorded data and the drawn pressure diagram as criteria for the user to judge whether the safety valve function is abnormal or not. This system can reduce the manual operation cost of safety valve test a lot and increase the accuracy of test greatly.
