Optimal production parameters under considerations of noise using fuzzy Taguchi method

For the constant expansion of factories and difficulty in acquiring land, many small and medium factories are now being built in metropolitan areas. Therefore, reducing the impact of noise on surrounding environment during production is a critical issue to be addressed. The results showed that the optimal turning parameters obtained using the fuzzy semantic quantification method can facilitate practical cutting operations while effectively controlling the noise. This study surely provides a leading-edge optimal parameter analyzing method that can be universally applied.
