Towards a solar panels site selection approach using primitive cognitive network process

Solar panels site selection problem is a multiple criteria decision problem, which selecting the most appropriate site for setting solar panels among a number of potential sites in views of multiple technical criteria such as temperature, humidity, sunlight intensity, sunlight duration, and wind. Primitive Cognitive Network Process is one of the multiple criteria decision making tools. This paper presents the Primitive Cognitive Network Process (PCNP) for Solar panels site selection.
