Software-hardware complex for determining surface chemical and phase its composition during modification

The possibility of using a novel software and hardware complex to operatively determine the chemical and phase composition of the surface is shown. A method is proposed for determining the desired parameters associated with minimizing the Tikhonov functional over compact positive definite sets. It presents the practical results of the proposed method for determining the distribution functions of the work function from the emission tests results and determining chemical and phase composition of the surface of a number of materials. The potential practical use of the method is shown.
