Vacuum electronics optimization using Galaxy Simulation Builder

Progress has been made in the areas of optimization of device performance and sensitivity analysis through the adaption of new tools and processes that make such studies easier to embark upon. In this case, AFRL's Galaxy Simulation Builder (GSB) is applied to vacuum electronic devices and components to optimize their performance and predict sensitivities. Optimization results are presented. Advancements in using GSB for large scale optimization are presented.
