Survey paper on a secure and authorized de-duplication scheme using hybrid cloud approach for multimedia data

Recently there is rapidly increase in bulk of data that formed global by networked and multi-user storage systems. It is very quick and therefore, there is concern about data security, which will prevent many users from transferring data. The ultimate re is to encrypt the data before they leave the owner. Deduplication is mostly used by number of cloud backup providers and also by different cloud services such as Drop box. But Encrypted data is pseudorandom and so it cannot be deduplicated. Data De-duplication is a technique for erasing the repeating data in a particular data set. In the de-duplication process, extra copies of the same data are removed by leaving only one copy which is stored. In order to protect the acquaintance of personal data which is sensitive enough that supports de-duplication. The convergent encryption technique is used to encipher the data before purchase or deploying from an outside agency.
