Multiple output current controlled current conveyer transconductance amplifier (MO-CCCCDTA) using BiCMOS for analog signal processing

Due to rapid advancement in analog integrated circuit design, there is progressive demand of the world which is totally leaning towards the digital world is the compactization of system size. In recent integrated technology, there are two basic technologies that are known as bipolar and CMOS technologies. In this paper, a multiple output current controlled current conveyer transconductance amplifier (MO-CCCCDTA) using BiCMOS technology is presented. BiCMOS technology exists between BJT and CMOS technologies and includes advantages of both. The proposed circuit is simulated using PSPICE simulation using standardized 0.35 μm BiCMOS process parameters. The simulation results validate the theoretical proposition.
