A new self-organized nanostructure: Co ON Au/Cu/Si

Law-dimensional magnetic materials are attracting considerable attention since new magnetic phenomena are expected due to size (quantum) effects. Because of this, it would be useful to have a self-organized nanostructure as a template on which small amounts of magnetic material could be deposited.
