Computer simulations of the magnetic properties of advanced particulate media with realistic microstructures

There is currently considerable interest in the properiies of particulate recording media, especially since the introduction of Advanced Metal Particle (Mp) tapes. Because of interparticle interactions the properties of particulate media are relatively poorly understood. The complexity of the interaction problem, requires that realistic theoretical approaches must be based on computational solutions.
