Probability model for fuel worth comparison

In most ASIAN countries, there are options for fuel usage for personal and commercial vehicles. However, there are cases where the cheapest possible one is not providing lowest cost per distance as its consumption rate is too high. Therefore, in this article, a probability model is synthesized for reasonably comparing worth of any two fuel types with different prices and consumption rates. The model is constructed based on two random variables representing variably consumption rate of both fuels. The output is presented to decide which one is more worth with attached probability. Experiments based on historical data show adequate validity of the proposed model.
