Concept development stage of hyper sensitivity dynamic airflow sensor in low velocity region

Automated reaction from the system is crucial in fulfilling the technology gap integrated in the intelligent control system. Current technology either by vane meter or hot wire concept shown higher accuracy in measuring the airflow changes and movement. In contrary, the development only focus on static motion where the sensor is placed in static position and measures the changes of the airflow surroundings. Hence, this research aims is to develop preliminary design for the hyper sensitivity of the macrofluidic airflow control with the capability in measuring the airflow changes in dynamic motion. Critical consideration has been finalized in stating the crucial factor that are required to achieve the objective for this research. The consideration of the new design should cover few parameters such as the deformation which covers speed range from 0 km/h to 110 km/h indicates higher sensitivity of airflow model and 360° of the upcoming airflow coverage. The opportunity in integrating the shape memory alloy material will able to cover the huge range of speed and consideration of different shape will be implemented to enhance the performance of the dynamic airflow model sensor.
