Productivity and process improvement using ‘Scaled Agile’ approaches: An emphasized analysis

As a software process practitioner we got to know many times that either customer is not able to explain what exactly he wants or business analyst is unable to articulate, which is somewhat similar to customer wants. We know that there are certain issues at both ends like-novice client, lack of strong visualization power of business analyst at vendor side, lack of skilled resources, fluctuating/invalid requirements, etc. When we try to find its root-cause, we found `Agility', which fits to high rising and fast pace even in changing of needs and technology under development. In any IT industry, it is not that easy stuff to keep up with solution delivery and meet ever-changing requirements of client without a proper plan. `Kanban' can easily work here, which requires strong team building. On top of it when inter departmental or cross track teams involved, it becomes little dicey to monitor delivery also it leads to dependency. Therefore, at the level of `Program Management' we need a more sophisticated model to deal with those challenges. Right now there is no any such model exists which will be useful on the program management level. This paper describes that framework called `Scaled Agile' to improve the process and productivity.
