Decoupled potential integral equations for electromagnetic scattering

In this paper, an integral equation formulation will be presented in terms of decoupled scalar and vector potentials to model electromagnetic scattering from dielectric objects. The formulation can lead to several sets of integral equations with different properties; one of the sets is a second kind integral equation that doesn't result in low-frequency breakdown or dense mesh breakdown.
