Merry-go-round as a Self-Energy Sustainable Ride

As nowadays industries are looking up for the ways to consume human energy found in playgrounds of children to produce electricity. As, lot of people, in the time of vacations, visit amusement parks and playgrounds with children. The useful energy can be produced by consuming the energy from playing children on rides in playgrounds. The project, that has been designed, is one preferable method for converting playful energy into sufficient electrical energy. The project consists of a prototype of an interactive merry-go-round. It is modified in a way that the rotary motor system attached to the center rod of the ride through gear system is capable of producing useful electrical energy. As a person rides on a merry-go-round, it causes its base top to spin, the rod attached to it tends to spin as well. As a result, rotor spins to produce electrical energy, as the spinning rod links with the rotor through a gear system. By doing several numbers of tests we observed that the mechanical energy and electrical energy increases with the increase in weight. The renewable energy systems from mechanisms are definitely a good choice for the idea of saving electricity and the efficient green energy system concept.
