Smart billing system framework for economic internet connectivity

Internet is the one of the key player in the World's Economic development. Many organizational businesses depend on Internet Connectivity. This paper gives the framework to implement Bill on the service network. Many researchers have presented their thoughts on billing internet services but implementation or framework of this ideology is not concrete. In this paper, we have attempted to give a frame work model which suites for the scenarios for the corporate world to the local user. This framework is simulated as scenario on QualNet HSRP model based on RFC 2281. The concepts such Multihoming, Overlay architecture with Optimal multipath routing policy forms the new method known as smart billing system with cost effectiveness services for clients. The results presented are on the present existing IPv4 Infrastructure Network type and also implemented for IPv6 based network to present advanced next generation network which is the need of the day. Overall, this paper gives an over view of present day technology and the billing strategies for the enterprise network.
