OMLP: An efficient opportunistic multi-path routing using location and power aware method in wireless network

Routing packets along multi-path in a multi-hop wireless sensor network with many sources and destination in between, causes delay. Opportunistic routing, which considers the distance and location of the nodes is a solution for non-delay routing. Here power of the node is considered and this overcomes the deficiencies of the conventional method. By achieving the broadcast nature of wireless transmissions and the path routing overcomes the impact of poor wireless links. The results showed that in end-end delay as well as packet delivery ratio the proposed algorithm performs better than other traditional ones.
