Design and performance analysis of autonomous indoor solar energy harvesting system

“The preservation of natural resources is the rudimentary muddle. Unless we decipher that muddle, it will avail us vaguely to elucidate all others”. This paper posits the design and performance anatomization of autonomous indoor solar energy harvesting system employing a light weight mechanical dynamic system which eradicates the need of any additional circuitry thereby leading to very low power consumption. In the proposed system, the energy harvesting system is self governing the motor driven flexible solar panel by harnessing a portion of harvested solar energy which is stored in rechargeable lead acid battery. The system maneuvers relentlessly in two mannerisms: during day time (6:00am-6:00pm)and night time (6:00pm-6:00am). The proffered system is proficient enough to rotate both in clockwise and counter clockwise direction. The proposed system is capable of generating average output voltage of 9.034 volts and 170.50 mA current during daytime and average output voltage of 0.702 volts and 31.4 μA current during night time.
