The effect of PC61BM electrode interlayer on bandgap tunable perovskite photodetectors

High performance perovskite photodetectors are realized by applying PC₆₁BM thin film as interfacial layer between the metal contact and the perovskite materials. And the photocurrent of the device with PC₆₁BM interlayer is much larger than the device without interlayer. Furthermore, compared with other bromine contents, the MAPb(I_1-XBr_X)₃ /PC₆₁BM photodetector shows much better performance when X is equal to 0.2, reaching an ON/OFF ratio of 188.
