Automatic calibration system for wind direction sensors: Automatic calibration system for OMC — 160 — 3

Device presented in this paper is used for automatic calibration of the wind direction sensor. The device was developed for OMC - 160 anemometer, but can be modified and used with other wind direction sensors. The aim of this project is to advance and speed up the current manual calibration. The calibration process will be much faster - data acquisition, movement of the sensor position, and data recording will be done automatically.
