Currents in bearings of induction motors of electric drives with semiconductor converter

The most regular problem of electric drives with semiconductor system is drive electric engine's bearing assembly renny damage. The bearing currents bring a number of damages in drive electric engine. These currents can perform continuous action on the bearing assembly. The reasons for having bearing currents in modern drive' s actuator machine were demonstrated in this paper. The main kinds of bearing currents were allocated and described. The characteristic was not lost. A negative effect was registered. The effect of long and short bearing currents' influence was also registered. Here the authors presented the main methods of measures and control bearing currents. The ways of preventing bearing currents were analyzed. Their effective influence was analyzed. A recommendation of using them in modern electric drive were presented. The main international standard documents were given. This document regulates possible determination of bearing currents and present show ways of preventing them. The recommendation of development native standard base on bearing currents were given. The bearing currents drive motor with semiconductor converter of frequency will be explored. A research will consist in the mathematical model construction processes of their appearance accounting for the working mode as autonomous inverter, electric motor and grounding. An analysis will be presented by simulation modeling and designing algorithmic ways of their elimination.
