The laboratory stand with SCARA robot for training masters' students of electrotechnical specialties

To facilitate the process of studying robots-manipulators it was decided to develop a special laboratory stand. The SCARA-robot AS-6DOF, which has 6 degrees of freedom, was chosen as the basis. Platform Arduino UNO with microcontroller is used as a control device. EasyVR voice recognition module is used. Using MATLAB software control system of robot was created. Virtual 3D model of the robot was designed in SimMechanics. The technique of carrying out laboratory work on the stand is proposed for the masters' students teaching. The stand is planned to be used also in the educational process in obtaining double diplomas of masters by students of the University of Technological and Sciences, Bydgoszcz, Poland and Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, Ukraine.
