Quality of services evaluation method in next generation networks

The article presents a method for evaluation the degree of user satisfaction with the quality of telecommunications services in next-generation networks, which is based on the use of a hierarchical neural network and provides a comprehensive quality of services assessment, and also simulates the user's response to changes in the quality indicators values. The implementation of the method is performed in Matlab.
