Mathematical model of the generator on the basis of transistor structure with the negative differential resistance

This work is devoted to the analysis of operation of the generator on the basis of transistor structure with the negative resistance in the nonlinear mode which gives the chance to receive analytical dependences for oscillation amplitude, sensitivity of amplitude and frequency to change of external elements of the scheme, regimes of power source which determine key parameters of frequency transducers of physical quantities and stability of their work.
