Understand What Happened under the Surface: Tracing Dynamic Deep Data

Data mining has been an active research area for a couple of decades, yet the complicated nature of data mining is still not fully understood. In this paper, we discuss the need for studying dynamic deep data, which may not only provide a better understanding on the nature of data mining, but also offer an effective way in real-world problem solving at the era of big data. We present a descriptive framework to conduct the proposed research. A case study is also presented.
