Proposal of an architecture for remote monitoring of systems using mobile and smart devices

In this paper, a mobile application and a server-side system is designed for remote physical system monitoring. The proposed design is usable for any system with data acquisition system from National Instruments or a system that can create a Socket connection. The application itself is the top layer of the data acquisition chain oriented on the client side. Proposed applications use the UDP protocol to transfer audio, video and data content through the network.
