In today's world of digital communication, high capacity, high performance, digital information storage is a best solution to retain huge amount of information. Nanotechnology comes out to lead new digital media with high ability and high performance, where digital information is stored at nano-scale. Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) emerge as a one of such nanotechnology, alternative to the transistor era. In this paper an another structure of Quantum Dot Cellular Automata ROM (QCA ROM) with enable functionality has been designed and successful implemented in QCA. The proposed ROM is very simple in structure but large specifications, which enable us to store large amount of digital information per cm².
