Radar signal design for configuring a netted radar system with existing monostatic radar

An approach to configuring an orthogonal netted radar system (ONRS) with existing monostatic radar is introduced. The transmitting signal used by the existing radar system is more likely fixed, such as PN-sequence, Chirp signal, Frank code and etc. By designing a new coding radar signal which is orthogonal to the existing radar signal, a new radar using the coding signal forms an ONRS with the existing radar.
