Preparation and investigation the electrical properties of a silver-carbon cluster system

The article presents the results of studies of the technology of obtaining nanoheterogeneous silver-carbon structure on various substrates and the measurement of the electrophysical parameters experimental samples. The evolution of this system during heat treatment is studied. A dependences of the temperature dispersion intervals in the two-layer structure on the thickness of the layers of silver and carbon are determined. The measurement of the resistance of silver cluster structures showed a negative value of the thermal coefficient of resistance, which allows us to conclude that the conductivity is not ohmic.
