Cluster model: Microeconomic approach

The microeconomic approach to constructing a cluster model is outlined. Synergetic effect is considered as key characteristic of the cluster. The model includes the following main elements: the effect of scale and diversity; decrease in transaction costs; multiplier of cluster interactions; the effect of mutually beneficial exchange; the positive external effect of the cluster. Schemes of interbranch clusters are proposed. Recommendations are given on the modernization of the normative indicators of the current state and the prospective level of development of clusters.
