Modeling of IGBT-converters by interconnected subsystems with considering of snubber circuit and switching transistor time

In this paper mathematical description of three-phase bridge voltage source inverter with considering of snubber circuits and total switching time of transistors is presented. Modeling was performed by methodology of system modeling by inter-connected subsystems. Calculation results, that confirmed advisability of described clarifications of inverter model are presented. Developed mathematical description of inverter is utilized for clarification of models of active front-end, frequency converters and other equipment, included in created complex of models.
