Limiting matching characteristics receiving small size frame antennas using the converter negative impedance

This paper examines limiting matching characteristics receiving small size frame antennas using non-Foster element - negative inductance. Different options of negative inductance insert in loop antenna structure were analyzed. Expression for calculation of limiting matching bandwidth of loop antenna, similar to Fano-Yula expression for passive matching circuits, was obtained.
