Methods for ensuring fault tolerance of equipment based on reliability theory

The safety of technological processes, communication systems, airborne systems and other control objects is largely determined by the reliability, fault tolerance and survivability of control computing systems, especially in the event of abnormal situations (accidents, sabotage, etc.) that make it difficult and sometimes impossible to repair. Failures of technical means, as well as unreliable operation of information and telecommunications systems in the country's information security structure, are one of the main threats to information security. Modern tendencies in the development of information technologies, the desire to get more effective results of expert surveys, analysis and processing of expert information in conditions of multicriteria and the growth of the number alternative options of choice (multi-alternative), while reducing the time provided for decision-making, contribute to the constant complication of the tasks examination.
