Towards question identification from online healthcare consultation forum post in bahasa

Question proccessing is an important step in automatic question answering system. Texts from online healthcare consultation forum posts contain question. However, the narrative text of forum post needs to be decomposed to identify the question. We propose a question decomposition module for healthcare forum post in Bahasa Indonesia. The module consists of three main components, namely sentence splitter, sentence classifier, and multi-questions splitter. We apply machine learning approach for sentence classification and rule-based chunking approach for multi-questions splitting.
