Petrol level indicator with automated audio alert system

This paper deals with the process involved in the development of a system for automation of fossil fuel pump for filling a container. Generally, an operator should pay attention to the fluid container to avoid overflow. In this model, no operator is needed for managing the system. Although automatic water level controllers are already obtainable within the market, these controllers are not appropriate for this application, as the electrodes are in direct contact with the liquid. But for the petrochemical which is primarily based liquid where direct contact with electrodes has to be avoided clearly. The author has come upon a unique system for this application using magnetic sensors. The sensors are fastened at nominal locations on the container. A floating magnet glides on the liquid and triggers the magnetic sensors one-by-one relying upon the level of the liquid. This paper is specifically intended for Industrial purposes as of now. Direct contact of level probes with the content/liquid has been scrupulously avoided in this project. It is a `Fit and Forget' kind of system and is free from fluoride and oxidation with Buzzer Indication.
