Semi-weighting PTS PAPR reduction method in OFDM systems by Modified Cuckoo Search algorithm

In current scenario, to improve the performance of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signals, numerous techniques are implemented. In that, Partial Transmit Sequence (PTS) shows a superior reduction and improvement compared to other approaches. This study focus on enhancing the enactment of PTS method with the advantage of Modified Cuckoo Search (M-CS) algorithm and Semi Weighted-PTS (SW-PTS). This system exploits in managing the complexity ratio possessed by Conventional-PTS (C-PTS), further attains Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) minimization in OFDM system. The simulation and experimental outcome confirms that the advanced approach decrease the complexity ratio in a significant manner.
