Simulation and design of injection locking oscillator

In this paper, nonlinear dynamical equation of phase power system of injection locking oscillator is studied, and some useful conclusions about injection locking oscillator are obtained. Then, a method based on ADS software is proposed to simulate and design oscillator with transistor. The 625MHz oscillator was fabricated by simulation results, and the effectiveness of the method was verified.
