Implementation of expert system for selecting appropriate mobile application architecture using clips

An expert system is an application software that is created to extract knowledge from a person who has expertise in a certain area. Expert system is created to solve problems faced by human that is normally required an expert to solve that problem. A mobile architecture is a concept design that is required to build a mobile application. The design is developed based on the target functionality, the devices to be supported, and the user experiences. When the architecture chosen is wrong, this can cause swelling costs in the manufacturing process or the maintenance process. It can also affect the performance of the final product of the application. By implementing an expert system developed with CLIPS approach for selecting the architecture design of mobile applications, it is expected the risk of error in choosing architecture will be reduced. In additions, mobile applications can be developed in a more efficient way.
