Dispersion of surface waves in all-dielectric hyperbolic metasurfaces

We introduce a novel concept of dielectric hyperbolic metasurface based on a periodic array of resonant dielectric nanoparticles. We analyze the spectrum of surface waves of dielectric metasurfaces which represent a square lattice of anisotropic dielectric microdisks. We analyze the effects of unidirectional channeling and topological transition from the elliptic to the hyperbolic contours of equal frequency. Our findings pave the way towards the efficient dispersion and wave front engineering of surface waves which are very prospective for on-chip routing and optical signal processing in all-dielectric materials.
