The changing climate for electrical product standards

The rapid globalization of business and manufacturing is bringing major changes in the standards that we all design our products to meet. This paper reviews some of the more important trends in standards both internationally and domestically (in the USA) and offers suggestions as to how best to plan for them as we go into the 21st Century.
