Series DC Motor Modeling and Identification

The modeling and identification of a series DC motor without saturation is presented. The identification is performed using the Strejc method. The procedure requires only the measurement of the current consumption and the motor rotors speed. The resulting model is validated comparing the responses of the estimated model against real time responses of an actual motor.
