A Survey of IT Outsourcing in Jordanian Market

The massive elevation of globalization raised the competition between companies. That compelled business owner to demand more focusing on core business and trying to get access to greater number of resources with minimum cost. That made outsourcing one of the proposed solutions for this purpose. This survey paper highlights the definition of outsourcing, its strategies, advantages and disadvantages. In addition, it conducts a survey on 32 people who is working in the Information Technology field in Jordan.
