Approaches to solving the problem of improving the efficiency of scalable telecommunication platforms

The thesis is devoted to solving the actual scientific problem of methodological means development for scalable telecommunication service platforms synthesis including the national level for the optimal implementation of the ubiquitous computing concept (distributed computing) with specified levels of quality of service, performance, and functional stability. The methodology and methods were contributed and considered in overall which allow the implementation of the telecommunication service platforms for the optimum technical and economic indicators accomplishment to make process development of e-services distribution and ubiquitous computing means implementation by companies and agencies using open system architecture more efficient and dynamic.
