Optimization of TiO2 composite coating on pc-WLED package to enhance optical efficiency

Enhancement of optical efficiency and angular color temperature deviation was studied with TiO₂ composite coating on white LED package. By optimizing the curvature of TiO₂ composite coating, the optical power from the pc-WLED package was enhanced 40% and the angular deviation of color correlation temperature was also improved.
